This person was a resident of India, who had 20 post graduate degrees. Due to this the name of this person is recorded in the Limca Book of Records as 'Most Qualified Indian'. The name of this person was Shrikant Jichkar. He was a resident of Nagpur. He became famous as the most qualified person in India.

Let us tell you that Shrikant Jichkar first did MBBS. After that he did MD. After completing his Masters in Medicine, he did LLB and did his Post Graduate in International Law. After studying law, he earned a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in journalism. He then took his doctorate in literature in Sanskrit, the highest degree in any university.

The strangest thing is that Srikanth earned all his degrees in first class. He also got many gold medals in the field of studies. You will be surprised to know that Srikanth also cleared the toughest exam in India, Civil Services, that too not once but twice. He became an IPS for the first time and in the second time he became an IAS and he rejoined both.

After that he entered politics. Apart from studies, Shrikant was also fond of painting, photography and acting. In 1980, he was elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, at which time he was 26 years old, the youngest MLA in the country. After this, he became a minister of state by becoming a part of the Maharashtra Legislative Council. He also opened a school in Nagpur. He had one of the largest libraries in India with 52,000 books.

Srikanth has MBBS, MD, LLB, MA Sociology, MA Public Administration, MA Economics, MA History, MA Sanskrit, MA English Literature, MA Philosophy, MA Ancient Indian History, MA Political Science, Culture and Archaeology, MA Psychology, LLM, International Law, DBM and MBA, Bachelor in Journalism, D Lit Sanskrit degrees. Srikanth died in a car accident at the age of 51.
