On April 22, a tragic incident unfolded in Pahalgam when attackers, allegedly backed by Pakistan, invaded a village, inquiring about the residents' religious affiliations before executing 26 individuals. This act was a blatant attempt to provoke communal discord, marking a troubling transition from external assaults to internal divisions within India.
