Exciting New Launches from Honda
Honda is making waves in the motorcycle market with a series of new releases. Following the introduction of the Rebel 500, the company is gearing up for the launch of the 2025 XL750 Transalp. This upcoming model boasts a reworked engine, improved suspension, a fresh color palette, and a revamped front design. Additionally, it will feature a TFT display and a host of modern enhancements.
Design and Aesthetic Updates
The Transalp has received a significant design upgrade, including a dual LED headlight setup reminiscent of the Africa Twin. A new windscreen has also been added, designed to improve airflow for a more comfortable ride.
Enhanced Powertrain Performance
Under the hood, the Transalp continues to be powered by a 755cc engine, delivering 90 horsepower and 75 Nm of torque. With the engine's retuning, riders can expect improved performance in both low and mid-range speeds. Honda has made adjustments to the air intake system, enhancing the bike's overall handling and comfort. The new model is slightly heavier, with a kerb weight of 210 kg.
Advanced Technology Features
The updated Transalp is equipped with a TFT console featuring five riding modes, switchable traction control, ABS modes, and wheelie control. It also supports smartphone connectivity through the Honda Road Sync mobile app, enabling turn-by-turn navigation. The switchgear has been modernized with a four-way joystick on the left side for easier access.
Pricing and Competition
The price of the Transalp has seen an increase, now ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 1 lakh more than the previous model. Once launched, the 2025 XL750 Transalp will compete with notable rivals such as the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, BMW F 900 GS, and Triumph Tiger 900.
