As reported by a media channel, Officer Singh recounted in his report that he noticed a suspicious individual seated beneath a tree. Upon questioning the man about his presence, the suspect suddenly rose and launched an attack with a bow and arrow, which struck Singh in the chest.
Legal Action Taken
Singh asserted in his complaint that the assailant intended to kill him. Following the incident, law enforcement apprehended the attacker, and a formal case has been filed at the Hazratganj police station. Bystanders at the scene helped detain the suspect, who was found in possession of multiple iron-tipped arrows. Authorities are currently conducting an interrogation of the individual.

Family's Account
Harun's brother, Md Sahid, shared that two men in civilian clothing visited their home while Harun was absent. They claimed to be from the passport office, stating that individuals returning from Pakistan were being summoned for questioning. After Harun left with them, he did not return, and attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. When the family approached the police for information, they were told nothing was known about his whereabouts, and he was later presented in court in Lucknow.
