PM Modi's Strong Remarks on Terrorism and Corruption

During a rally in Alipurduar, West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that India has successfully dismantled terrorist infrastructures that Pakistan never anticipated. He emphasized that terrorists once dared to erase the 'sindoor' of our sisters, but our armed forces made them realize the strength of that sindoor. Speaking about West Bengal, PM Modi highlighted the state's issues with rampant violence, chaos, insecurity among women, unemployment, and corruption. He criticized the ruling party for its self-serving politics, which he claimed deprives the poor of their rightful entitlements. He warned Pakistan that India has conducted operations within its territory three times, stating that the operation against terrorism is far from over. Modi declared that India now knows how to eliminate terrorists selectively.

Impact of Corruption on Youth and Education

PM Modi pointed out that the most severe consequences of corruption are borne by the youth and impoverished families. He cited the teacher recruitment scam as a prime example of how corruption can devastate lives. The TMC government, according to him, has ruined the futures of thousands of teachers and left their families in despair, jeopardizing the entire education system in West Bengal. The absence of teachers has put millions of students' futures at risk. He condemned TMC leaders for their grave sins, noting that they still refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and instead blame the courts.

Government's Brutality and Lawlessness

PM Modi described the events in Murshidabad and Malda as indicative of the government's brutality. He accused the ruling party of allowing lawlessness under the guise of appeasement. He painted a grim picture of a situation where party members identify and burn down people's homes while the police remain passive. Modi questioned the poor citizens of Bengal, asking if this is how a government should operate, highlighting that courts often have to intervene in various issues.
