India's Journey Towards Security and Development

New Delhi, June 9: Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized on Monday that India is on a clear path to becoming a secure, self-sufficient, and developed nation under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a message shared on X, Shah pointed out the accomplishments of the Modi administration over the last 11 years, noting that this period has brought about a significant shift in India's internal security and national morale.

He stated, "11YearsOfSeva has marked a pivotal moment for national security. Naxalism is nearing its end, peace has been restored in Jammu-Kashmir and the Northeast, and India now retaliates against terrorist threats by targeting their strongholds. This reflects the evolving landscape of India under Modi's leadership," Shah remarked.

Shah further claimed that with the onset of Modi 3.0, the country is swiftly advancing towards development and self-reliance, driven by the principles of reform, performance, and transformation. He reiterated the commitment to making India a leader in all sectors, promising ongoing positive changes for the citizens.

Earlier, during a large gathering of BJP officials in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, Shah referred to 2024 as a “historic milestone” for the BJP and its dedicated members.

“This year is truly exceptional as Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has achieved a third consecutive term, a remarkable feat,” he stated.

Shah highlighted the BJP's unprecedented majority in Odisha, calling it a “historic mandate” in a region where the party had not previously enjoyed strong backing. He also noted significant wins in Haryana and Maharashtra, where the BJP returned to power with record victories.

Looking forward, Shah indicated a pivotal political moment in 2025, predicting that the BJP would replace Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP government in Delhi after a 27-year hiatus. He expressed optimism about political shifts in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal in 2026, believing both states are moving towards NDA-led administrations.

As the Modi government marks its 11-year anniversary, Home Minister Shah reiterated a renewed focus on national security, development, and political growth, reinforcing the BJP’s vision of creating a ‘New India’ through the mantra of “Reform, Perform, and Transform.”
