When is Ram Navami: (Ram Navami 2023) This year i.e. 2023, Ram Navami will be celebrated on March 30, Thursday. As per Hindu calendar, Navami Thithi is starting on March 29, 2023 at 9.07 pm, which will end on March 30, 2023 at 11.30 pm. During this period, puja related to Ram Navami will be performed.

What not to do on Ramnavami day-

• At the time of puja, do not worship the five gods (Surya, Ganesha, Durga, Shiva and Vishnu) without installing them on the seat.
• Do not worship any broken broken idol at all. Do not keep any wrong utensils or leather goods around you while performing puja.
• Do not make noise during worship. Maintain peace during puja. However, the place of worship in the house is always in the north-east, but if it is not there, always do the Ram Navami pooja in the north-east. The lamp which is lit during the puja should not be extinguished until the puja is over.
• Do not consume non-vegetarian food and alcohol on this day. Practice celibacy during the fast.
