Royal Challengers Bengaluru is set to compete against Chennai Super Kings in Match 52 of IPL 2025 on May 3 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. RCB has already secured a victory against CSK earlier this season and aims to achieve a double against them.
With 7 wins out of 10 matches, RCB is performing well this season, currently holding third place in the points table with 14 points. A win in this match would significantly bolster their chances for the playoffs. Under the leadership of Rajat Patidar, RCB has excelled, especially in away games, and they are eager to maintain this momentum at home.
Conversely, the MS Dhoni-led CSK is having a challenging season, with only two wins from 10 matches, placing them at the bottom of the table and out of playoff contention. The five-time champions have struggled to find their form and have become the first team to be eliminated from IPL 2025.
