Jind's Industrial Growth and Employment Opportunities

Jind's New Ayush Park and Industrial Development Initiatives Announced


Dr. Krishna Midha, the Deputy Speaker of the Haryana Assembly, emphasized his commitment to transforming Jind into an industrial hub. This initiative received official backing from Chief Minister Naib Saini during the budget presentation on Monday. The budget also includes plans for an industrial botanical park, a trauma center, smart streets, roads, and markets, as well as the establishment of an Institute of Technology (IIT) in Jind.


Budget Allocations for Women and Youth

The recently presented budget aims to cater to all demographics, allocating ₹5 crore for the Lado Lakshmi scheme aimed at women. It also includes provisions for new job opportunities and startups, alongside the announcement of AI hubs in Gurugram and Panchkula. Additionally, the establishment of an Ayush Park in Jind is part of the plan to ensure that Haryana's youth can secure better employment opportunities abroad without resorting to illegal means.


New Initiatives for Animal Welfare and Education

The Chief Minister proposed the creation of new gaushalas (cow shelters) in every district, with a budget of ₹5 crore for constructing 51 sheds in registered gaushalas. Furthermore, provisions have been made for e-rickshaws for gaushalas housing over a thousand animals. The budget also includes plans to open cultural model schools every 10 kilometers and introduce French language classes in Haryana schools.


Combating Substance Abuse Among Youth

To address substance abuse, the government will establish the Sankalp Authority, focusing on awareness and rehabilitation programs. Dr. Midha also mentioned plans to boost investments in startups by encouraging private investors to create a ₹2,000 crore fund. A new department named the Department of Future will be created to formulate policies aimed at Haryana's development, utilizing data-driven decision-making and governance automation through the Haryana AI Mission.
