Thakur's Strong Response to Gandhi

BJP MP Anurag Thakur has launched a counterattack against Rahul Gandhi, asserting that Gandhi's remarks inadvertently bolster Pakistan and provide it with a platform to voice its opinions. Thakur emphasized that Pakistan utilizes Gandhi's statements to advocate for its stance on international platforms, questioning how more unfortunate it could be for the nation. He remarked that with Congress currently out of power, Gandhi appears to be floundering like a fish out of water, lamenting his absence from authority. Thakur expressed disappointment that instead of standing with the country, Gandhi seems to echo Pakistan's sentiments.

Gandhi's Focus on Caste Census

In a recent statement, Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, declared that his primary objective is to conduct a caste census. He mentioned that he confronted Prime Minister Modi in the Lok Sabha, insisting that a caste census would be carried out. Gandhi claimed that Modi has a tendency to surrender, referencing former President Trump’s public assertions about having compelled Modi to capitulate. He argued that Modi would never initiate a genuine caste census, as doing so would jeopardize his political future.

Kiren Rijiju's Critique of Gandhi

Meanwhile, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju criticized Rahul Gandhi for his comments regarding Prime Minister Modi's alleged surrender following the declaration of a ceasefire after Operation Sindoor. Gandhi stirred controversy on Tuesday by claiming that Modi capitulated after a phone call from U.S. President Donald Trump during the India-Pakistan military conflict. His remarks drew significant backlash, with the BJP accusing him of speaking the language of Pakistan.
