Jennifer Aniston Overcomes Fear of Flying with Hypnosis and Meditation
Jennifer Aniston's Journey to Conquer Flight Anxiety
In a recent discussion, actress Jennifer Aniston opened up about her intense fear of flying and how she has learned to cope with it. The 56-year-old star, celebrated for her performances in 'Friends' and 'We’re the Millers', revealed that she has turned to hypnosis and meditation as effective tools to ease her anxiety. An essential part of her hypnosis journey involved letting go of her superstitions, which previously included rituals like tapping the plane's exterior with her right hand and boarding with her right foot.
Aniston explained, "I have been practicing hypnosis lately, and one of the key steps is to eliminate those superstitions. I’ve stopped doing the right hand, right foot thing, and the results have been surprisingly positive."
To further manage her anxiety while in the air, she emphasized the importance of meditation, stating, "Engaging in good meditation can really help you through it." She also mentioned that getting up to stretch and walk around during flights contributes to her sense of control and relaxation.
Despite her apprehension about flying, Aniston's passion for travel drives her to discover new destinations. She expressed a preference for vacations that feature 'white sandy beaches and clear, crystal-blue waters'.
