1. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
How to:
- Lie on your stomach with legs extended and feet facing the floor.
- Place your palms at your sides close to your shoulders.
- Inhale and lift your chest up, your feet should remain on the ground.
- Hold this pose for 15 seconds and return to the starting position.
- Number of repetitions: Do at least 10 repetitions.

2. Vajrasana
How to:
- Sit on the floor with your thighs over your leg muscles and your hips over your heels.
- Place hands on knees and keep your eyes forward.

- Hold for 10-15 seconds and release.
- Number of repetitions: Repeat it 2 more times.
