Here are 5 home remedies to get rid of ear acne.
1. Warm compress

Soak warm clothes in hot water. Wrap it well. Place the washcloth on the pimple for 10-15 minutes. Do not press it too hard. This helps in reducing inflammation and itching and softens the pimple, thus making it go away on its own.

2. Benzoyl peroxide
Use an acne cream containing 2-10 percent benzoyl peroxide two or three times a day. Clean the affected area and apply the cream and let it. This will kill the bacterial infection and heal the pimple faster.

3. Retinoid cream
This is only suitable for acne on the outer ear. Apply some cream on the skin about 20 minutes after washing the skin. Don't forget to apply sunscreen before stepping out.

4. Neosporin gel
Neosporin is not the best treatment for acne. However, because it contains hydrating and skin-healing oils, it can temporarily soothe inflammation and repair damaged areas of skin. Apply the gel on the pimple and let it dry. Do this 3-4 times a day.

5. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is an effective remedy due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can kill acne-causing bacteria. Dip a cotton swab in tea tree oil and rub it gently on the pimple. Leave it overnight. Do this regularly for a few days.
