With celebrated athletes from the 2024 Paralympics, including Nitesh Kumar, Manisha Ramdass, and gold medalist Krishna Nagar, the atmosphere was electric as the games began, according to a press release.
Krishna Nagar started strong in the preliminary rounds, securing a spot in the quarter-finals with a straightforward victory over Bonta Goutham Narasimhudu, winning in straight sets, as reported by SAI media.
Nitesh Kumar made a grand entrance, attracting a significant crowd of fans and media eager to see the star compete. The Haryana athlete maintained his impressive form, defeating Hemant Kumar Thakur with a convincing 2-0 score to advance in the tournament.

Manisha also delivered a commanding performance, ensuring that the top contenders had a smooth start on the first day of KIPG 2025.
