1. Fish Molly

In this article, we will share some simple and easy Christmas main courses that are worth trying and will delight your guests.  1. Fish Molly   Ingredients for Fish Molly 500 grams of white fish fillets 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 3-4 chopped green chillies 2 minced garlic cloves ½ inch size piece of ginger (finely minced) 1 medium sized onion chopped 1 cup thin coconut milk 1 cup thick coconut milk 2 stitches of curry leaves 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 medium size tomato chopped 2 tablespoons of coconut oil Salt to taste How to make fish molly 1. Cut and clean the fish. Marinate this with lemon juice, pepper, salt and turmeric powder for 10-15 minutes.  2. Add some oil to a kadai or kadai, then lightly fry the fish on both sides. Then keep it aside  3. In a separate pan, pour oil and reduce the flame to medium. Add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies one by one and saute for a minute.  4. Add sliced onion and cook till it becomes transparent. Then add pepper powder, turmeric powder and after that thin coconut milk.  5. Put on a cover and cook the curry for a while on medium heat. Once the oil starts to separate, reduce the flame and add the lemon juice.  6. Add the fried fish and after covering it with gravy, allow it to combine well before bringing the curry and fish to a boil. After adding the fish, spin the pan to combine the gravy instead of stirring.  7. Add the thick coconut milk and cook on low heat for at least 2 to 5 minutes, taking care not to let the dish boil.  8. Cover the pan with a lid, add additional chopped round tomatoes and turn off the heat. Roast the tomato and let it steam. Then turn off the heat.  9. Serve this fish recipe with some hot rice.  2. Hoisin Chicken  Ingredients for Hoisin Chicken 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 kg boneless, chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces) 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of honey 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional) 1 teaspoon corn starch 1 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional) How to make Hoisin Chicken 1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Then add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until browned. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha, if using.  3. Add the sauce to the pan with the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.  5. Add the slurry to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.  6. Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender-crisp.  7.
