Enforcement Action Against Illegal Construction

On June 23, 2025, the Enforcement Wing took decisive action in Zone-14, Jaipur, where they discovered unauthorized construction activities. Located near the village of Baniyawali on the L&T Road, approximately three bighas of agricultural land were being leveled to create a road made of soil and gravel, along with boundary walls for plots, all without the necessary approvals or land conversion.

Under the supervision of Chief Enforcement Controller Adarsh Chaudhary, the operation was executed by the Deputy Controller of Enforcement and the Zone-14 enforcement officer, with assistance from available labor and technical staff. This coordinated effort successfully thwarted the establishment of a new illegal colony.

The Enforcement Wing has been active in demolishing illegal colonies, having dismantled a total of 578 unauthorized developments, including 383 in 2024 and 195 so far in 2025.
