A distressing event unfolded in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where a 25-year-old technology professional allegedly murdered a 33-year-old woman, identified as Harini. The incident reportedly occurred on June 6 within a hotel room.

Police Investigation Underway

Authorities have confirmed that the accused, Yashas, and the victim were both residents of Kenegeri. A formal case has been filed at the Subramanyapura Police Station to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The tragic event took place in an OYO hotel located in Poorna Prajyat Layout.

Details of the Attack

According to a senior police official, the victim had expressed her desire to end her relationship with Yashas, which led to a violent confrontation. In a fit of rage, he stabbed her 17 times, resulting in her death.

Reports indicate that Harini's family had recently discovered her relationship, which had caused her significant distress. She was also a mother of two children.
