Ramadan 2023: Irani Dessert Recipe

A great way to make your family happy this Ramadan is by adding this Iranian dessert. This sweet, savory dessert made with roasted vermicelli, pistachios and almonds becomes even easier to prepare when you add Milk. The Iranian dessert should be stored in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, so prepare it ahead of time and serve chilled the next day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
- 2 tbspNestlé Everyday Ghee
- 1 cupNestlé a+ Toned Milk
- 4Cardamom
- 1 packetRoasted Vermicelli
- 3 tbspPistachio
- 3 tbspAlmonds
How to make Iranian dessert
.Heat a pan, add ghee and then add cardamom.
.Crumble the vermicelli, add it to the pan and fry until golden brown.
.Add chopped almonds and pistachios, fry for a minute.
.Add milk and mix it well.
.Now add milk and cook till the milk is absorbed.
.Pour it into the tin and let it cool for 30 minutes.
.Cut into pieces and freeze overnight or for at least 5-6 hours. Serve it chilled.
