INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tin MILK
  • 4 cups Toned Milk
  • 60 gmsDates
  • 40 gmsBadam (Almonds)
  • 2 BigBananas

How to Make Banana Date and Walnut Smoothie

.Soak dates and almonds in 1 cup of milk for 10 minutes. Blend it well with the banana in a mixer.
.Add Milk, remaining milk and ice cubes and blend well.
.Keep the mixture to cool. Pour into individual glasses, add more ice cubes as needed and garnish with some chopped almonds.
.Note: Dates can be replaced with dried figs, prunes or apricots
