Raw rice, sugar, baking soda, salt, and water for blending. Oil for cooking.
Rinse rice thoroughly in a bowl.
Wash the rice again and let it soak in clean water.
Drain the water and add sugar, salt to the blender.
Blend with water and baking soda to make a batter.
Brush oil on a pan, pour batter, and wait for bubbles.
Flip and cook until done. Serve with chutney.
