Soak 2 tsp chia seeds in 1/4 cup water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Beat 1 cup curd in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Mix in the soaked chia seeds and 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds.
Heat ghee, then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, and hing.
Pour the hot tempering over the curd mixture and stir well.
