She even confronted the man's family with the video, but they dismissed the incident, attributing their son's behavior to 'mental health issues.'

Mansi firmly responded, stating, “Even if he has some mental problem, it doesn’t give him the right to misbehave with others.” She rejected the family's excuse, asserting that the man did not appear mentally unstable during the encounter.

Additionally, she criticized society's tendency to blame women for their clothing choices, declaring, “Shame on people who blame clothes! I am 10,000% sure even if I was wearing a saree or a kurta, this would still have happened.”
