WWE NXT Star Jazmyn Nyx Faces Backlash Over Boyfriend's Offensive Comments
Controversy Surrounds WWE NXT Talent Jazmyn Nyx

Jazmyn Nyx, a rising star in WWE NXT and member of the Fatal Influence faction, is currently facing significant backlash on social media. This controversy erupted after a video surfaced showing her and her boyfriend, Bryton, making derogatory remarks during a livestream at Disneyland.
Although Nyx did not directly make any offensive comments, she is under fire for laughing and not intervening as Bryton mocked a disabled individual and made racially insensitive remarks.
In the video, Bryton can be heard ridiculing a disabled person after offering assistance, saying, “What up big man, oh my god he f***** growled at me. He just growled at me like a f****** dog.” Nyx's laughter followed his comments.
As they continued their stroll, Bryton appeared to mock Asian cultures, questioning the origin of a Japanese pagoda by stating, “This gotta be China or Japan, same thing.” He further provoked outrage by asking at a restaurant with Asian women, “They speak English?”

The online community has expressed outrage over Nyx's behavior. One user commented, “Jazmyn Nyx and her boyfriend filming themselves laughing and making fun of people with disabilities? yikes.. this is some really evil s***,” while another suggested she should be moved to the main roster to face tougher competition.
Another Twitter user criticized the couple, stating, “Not sure what Jazmyn Nyx and her idiot boyfriend were thinking uploading a video of him being racist and ableist while she laughs along. M*rons,” highlighting the severity of the situation.
As of now, neither Nyx nor WWE has issued a public statement regarding the incident, and it remains unclear if this will impact her career. The upcoming WWE NXT episode, which serves as the go-home show for the Stand & Deliver premium live event, may address the fallout.
Nyx, whose real name is Jade Arianna Gentile, joined WWE as part of the Performance Center's Fall 2022 Rookie Class. She began her journey in WWE NXT as a student at Chase University, where she formed a friendship with fellow student Jacy Jayne. Last summer, they teamed up with Fallon Henley to create the Fatal Influence group.
