Yudhvir Singh Takes Charge as Team Manager


New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the appointment of Yudhvir Singh from the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) as the manager for the Indian cricket team ahead of their tour to England.


Yudhvir, a life member of the UPCA, has previously held significant roles within the association, including secretary and director.


The Indian team is set to compete against England in a five-match Test series, with the first match scheduled to take place in Leeds on June 20.


Following Rohit Sharma's retirement from Test cricket, young batter Shubman Gill has been named the captain of the team.


Rishabh Pant will serve as the vice-captain during this overseas tour.
