Kohli's Remarkable Comeback


Raipur: Virat Kohli made a spectacular return to form after struggling in the last two matches, scoring an impressive unbeaten century that propelled Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a six-wicket victory against Kolkata Knight Riders in their IPL encounter on Wednesday.


In pursuit of 193 runs, Kohli delivered a stellar performance, finishing with 105 runs off 60 deliveries, which included 11 fours and three sixes. He formed a pivotal 92-run partnership for the second wicket with Devdutt Padikkal, who contributed 37 runs off 27 balls, leading RCB to their target in just 19.1 overs.


With this victory, RCB ascended to the top of the points table, amassing 16 points, tied with Gujarat Titans but ahead due to a superior net run rate.


Earlier in the match, KKR's wicketkeeper-batter Angkrish Raghuvanshi played a crucial role, scoring 71 runs and helping his team set a competitive total of 192.
