PPA Tour Asia's Historic Debut in Singapore

Singapore is gearing up for a landmark event as the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour Asia prepares for its inaugural appearance in the city. The PPA Tour Asia revealed its complete schedule for 2026 on February 25, announcing that Singapore will host its first elite PPA Tour event, the PPA Asia 500 Singapore Open, from July 23 to 26. This event will be the sixth stop on the Asian tour, kicking off the 2026 season that begins in April with the MB Hanoi Cup.

However, Singapore's journey into the PPA Tour will commence even sooner. In April, the city will host PickleSlam 2026, a PPA Asia 125 event set for April 11 to 19, 2026.

Launching the PPA Asia 125 Series

The PPA Asia 125 series, which runs alongside the PPA Tour Asia, is designed to provide additional competitive opportunities for up-and-coming players. This newly established series aims to distribute PPA ranking points across more venues in Asia. Competitors in Pro divisions can earn up to 125 ranking points in the PPA Tour standings, with champions receiving free entry into the subsequent PPA Asia 500 events.

PickleSlam 2026 will officially kick off the PPA Asia 125 series in Singapore, taking place at Jurong Play Grounds on Jurong Gateway Road. Hosted by PickleGO, this will be the third PickleSlam event overall, and the first under the PPA Tour Asia banner.

The Singapore Open will highlight the nation's growing significance in the Asian pickleball scene, attracting top regional and international players as part of the PPA Tour Asia circuit.

With both a PPA Asia 125 and a PPA Asia 500 event lined up for 2026, Singapore is set to become a pivotal location on the expanding Asian pickleball tour.
