The tournament is organized by the All-Assam Tennis Association (AATA) and is a key part of their annual junior ranking schedule.

Participants will compete in boys' and girls' singles events across various age categories: Under-12, Under-14, Under-16, and Under-18.

According to tournament convenor Arup Deb, matches will take place at the Silchar Tennis Club courts over a span of six days, concluding on December 23.
