Dharamsala: In a thrilling IPL encounter, Shardul Thakur showcased his bowling prowess, taking 4 wickets for 39 runs. Despite his efforts, the Punjab Kings managed to post a total of 200 runs for 8 wickets against the Mumbai Indians on Thursday.


Punjab Kings, batting first, saw Prabhsimran Singh lead the charge with a stellar 57 runs off just 32 balls. Azmatullah Omarzai also made a significant contribution, scoring 38 runs from 17 deliveries. Other notable performances came from Priyansh Arya and Cooper Connolly, who added 22 and 21 runs respectively.


For the Mumbai Indians, Deepak Chahar was effective with the ball, claiming 2 wickets for 36 runs, while Corbin Bosch and Raj Bawa took 1 wicket each, with figures of 1/42 and 1/11 respectively.
