Seth Rollins Criticizes CM Punk's WWE Return Amid Ongoing Rivalry

Seth Rollins' Discontent with CM Punk's Comeback

CM Punk made headlines with his unexpected return to WWE in November 2023, after leaving the organization in 2014. While many fans celebrated his comeback, Seth Rollins was notably displeased. Since Punk's return, Rollins has been vocal in his criticism, frequently targeting him with insults and public remarks.

The two wrestlers have faced off in two singles matches, each securing one victory. Earlier this year at WrestleMania 41, they also competed in a triple threat match alongside Roman Reigns, where Rollins claimed victory, aided by interference from Paul Heyman, who is now his ally.

Seth Rollins' Strong Words on CM Punk

In a recent interview on the 'Up & Adams Show', Rollins expressed his disdain for Punk, leaving fans surprised by his comments.

“CM Punk is not good for our business. He’s a bad guy,” Rollins stated. “I beat him at WrestleMania 41, and I don’t want him anywhere near the Money in the Bank contract.”

Rollins continued to elaborate on his feelings, stating,

“I’ve worked with Punk for a long time, and I don’t even want him in my ‘wind space’. I want him out of WWE,” Rollins emphasized, showcasing his lack of respect for Punk.

He has consistently labeled Punk as toxic and disruptive, showing no signs of easing his attacks.

CM Punk Faces Another Challenge on WWE Raw

In the latest episode of WWE Raw, CM Punk encountered yet another setback, this time at the hands of Rollins and his associates.

During a Money in the Bank qualifying match featuring AJ Styles, CM Punk, and El Grande Americano, Punk seemed poised for victory when he was unexpectedly ambushed by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

As a result, Americano clinched the win.

Post-match, Rollins joined Breakker and Reed in a brutal assault on Punk, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso. Rollins executed a series of Stomps, while Reed delivered two powerful Tsunami moves to Jey Uso.

Once again, CM Punk found himself on the receiving end of a vicious attack, with Seth Rollins at the forefront. The lingering question is: how will Punk retaliate?
