Strickland was quickly removed by security personnel after managing to enter and even jump into a WWE ring set up for the event. Although he was not arrested, he mentioned the possibility of being charged with disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor in Washington, D.C., which could lead to a maximum of 90 days in jail, a fine of up to $500, or both.
Strickland's Response
Strickland expressed his feelings on Instagram, stating, "I might have been accused of being unruly. I am not sure what that is, but it sounds amazing. In any case, I just wanted to say thank you, fans. I am really grateful to all of you. It means a lot to me that you guys are riding and supporting me after I was banned." He also shared a photo of himself being escorted out by security.
Future Plans
In another post, he wrote, "I am sorry, everyone. We nearly succeeded! We will set up a circle and box one day, I swear. I appreciate your help." The UFC White House event itself was delayed by an hour due to inclement weather.
