On June 25, Ryann Singh emerged victorious in the Intermediate Men's Singles category at the Picklebay Zonals - North, a PWR 700 event sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA), held at Horizon x Courtplay in Gurgaon. The final match was a nail-biter, with Ryann narrowly defeating Sarvam with a score of 21-20. Both competitors showcased exceptional skill, exchanging powerful shots in a contest that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. In the crucial moments of the match, Ryann maintained his composure, clinching the title with a dramatic one-point lead.
Prior to the final, both players demonstrated their prowess in the semifinals. Ryann showcased his dominance by defeating Vipin 15-6, while Sarvam secured his spot in the final with a solid 15-9 victory over Rishi Soni. Sarvam faced a challenging quarterfinal match against Varun Mittal, where he triumphed 15-13. Ryann also had a strong quarterfinal performance, winning 15-11 against Lokesh Bhavsar, continuing his impressive journey through the tournament.
