Four franchises—Moscow Foxes, Kremlin Stars, Kazan Falcons, and St. Petersburg Lions—will compete in a series of seven matches over the two-day event, as reported by Cricket Russia.

Sambhav Jain, Director of the Russian Cricket Federation, emphasized that this tournament aims to be more than just a sporting event. It is part of a broader strategy to promote cricket throughout Russia, attract new players and fans, and enhance opportunities for the sport's growth. With 60 players across four teams, the league will serve as a platform for cricketers to gain experience and showcase their skills.
