Starting with 6,957 runs in the IPL, Rohit reached his 47th half-century in just 28 balls, making him the second player in history to surpass 7,000 runs in the league. He initially scored 1,170 runs for the Deccan Chargers from 2008 to 2010 before joining the Mumbai Indians in 2011, where he has been instrumental in their success, leading them to their first title in 2013.
