Rajasthan Royals' captain Riyan Parag expressed his astonishment at the remarkable performance of 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi during the IPL 2026 match against Chennai Super Kings at Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on March 30.
Sooryavanshi delivered an explosive innings, scoring 52 runs off just 17 balls, which included 4 fours and 5 sixes, achieving an incredible strike rate of 305.88. His efforts were pivotal in helping the Royals chase down a target of 128 runs, leading to an impressive eight-wicket victory over CSK.
The young talent reached his fifty in a mere 15 balls, making him one of the fastest players to do so in IPL history.

Vaibhav's Rising Star
Sooryavanshi emerged as a standout player in the previous IPL season, where he scored a record-breaking 101 runs against the Gujarat Titans, keeping him in the spotlight throughout the Rajasthan Royals' campaign.
