In a thrilling encounter during the IPL 2026, Rinku Singh's outstanding unbeaten score of 83 runs off 51 deliveries propelled the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to a total of 155/7 against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). This match took place on Sunday, where KKR faced a challenging situation after a dramatic collapse, finding themselves at 93/7 in the 15th over.


Mohsin Khan's Impressive Bowling

After winning the toss, LSG captain Rishabh Pant opted to bowl first, a decision that was quickly justified by Mohsin Khan's exceptional performance. The left-arm pacer delivered one of the season's most impactful opening spells, effectively dismantling KKR's batting lineup.


Mohsin made an early impact by dismissing Tim Seifert for a duck in the second over. He continued his impressive form by taking out veteran Ajinkya Rahane (10) in the fourth over and then the aggressive Cameron Green (34), who had threatened to turn the game around with three sixes, in the 11th over.

In a spectacular finish, Rinku led KKR to a strong finish by scoring 17 runs in the penultimate over bowled by Mohammed Shami. He then unleashed a flurry of runs in the final over, hitting Digvesh Rathi for four consecutive sixes, amassing 26 runs in that over and concluding KKR's innings at 155/7.
