Since her return to WWE programming last fall, Raquel Rodriguez has primarily served as Liv Morgan's bodyguard. Following Morgan's loss of the women's world title earlier this year, Rodriguez has been on a winning streak, recently capturing the tag team titles. With Wrestlemania 41 approaching, she is eager to add another championship to her collection.

During the March 10 episode of WWE Raw, held at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley to secure her spot as the number-one contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. She is set to challenge the current champion, Lyra Valkyria, on a date that is yet to be confirmed.

In a WWE Raw Digital Exclusive after her victory, Rodriguez expressed her confidence in seizing this opportunity against the Irish WWE star. Interestingly, she is not the only member of Judgment Day aiming for dual titles.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez's Championship Aspirations

In the same video, Liv Morgan mentioned that both she and Raquel Rodriguez are on the path to becoming double champions. While holding the tag titles, Morgan is also determined to reclaim the WWE Women’s World Championship, a title she lost to Rhea Ripley in January during the Monday Night Raw Netflix premiere.

“You know what’s gonna happen to Lyra? The same thing that happened to Bayley tonight. So, yeah, I am very excited because pretty soon I’m gonna have two of these bad boys [gestures to her Women’s Tag Team Title belt,]” Rodriguez stated.

As part of Judgment Day, both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have achieved the distinction of being women’s tag team champions three times. The faction has held numerous titles over the years, including the Women’s World Title, WWE Tag Team Titles, Women’s Tag Team Titles, NXT North American Championship, and Money in the Bank. Additionally, Finn Balor is set to face Bron Breakker next week on Raw for the Intercontinental Championship.

On the February 24 episode of WWE Raw, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez triumphed over Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill to claim the Women’s Tag Team titles, marking the beginning of their third reign. They are anticipated to defend their titles at Wrestlemania 41 next month.
