Singh stressed that just as private investment has revitalized sectors like industrialization, technology, and education, it can similarly drive the professionalization of sports, providing athletes with access to top-notch coaching, world-class facilities, and opportunities for international competition.

He characterized Polo as a sport that combines strength and speed with rhythm, strategy, coordination, discipline, and courage.
