Currently participating in the BWF World Championships, Sindhu revealed these insights during an episode of the RCB Podcast, promoted on the social media account of the IPL-winning team.


Kohli's Encouragement

Reflecting on the support she received from Kohli, Sindhu mentioned how he urged her to simply show up for her matches and training sessions. "He is like my brother. I remember feeling lost and told him that nothing was going right. He advised me to just show up and play my game," she recounted.


Sindhu further elaborated on his encouragement, stating, "He told me to participate in everything and just play. You have nothing to lose; you know your capabilities and how hard you've trained. Show the world who you are. That conversation shifted my mindset completely."
