Top Order's Strong Performance
The opening duo of Harnoor Singh, who scored 51 runs off 71 balls, and captain Prabhsimran Singh, who made 88 runs off 86 balls, set a solid foundation with a century partnership. They contributed significantly, adding 116 runs before Harnoor was dismissed by Aryan Pandey, who finished with figures of 1-39 in 10 overs. Anmolpreet Singh then entered the fray, scoring a brisk 70 runs off 62 balls, further solidifying Punjab's position.
Prabhsimran Singh, despite being on the verge of a century, was dismissed for 88 runs by Kuldeep Sen, who recorded bowling figures of 1-56 in 6 overs. Nevertheless, Punjab's momentum remained intact as they continued to score freely in the middle overs.
Wadhera's Explosive Finish
