Hinge shared that his preparation for this IPL season has been primarily mental rather than physical. He is determined to contribute significantly to his team's success and aims to help them secure the IPL trophy. He expressed a desire to make an impact on the field, not only by taking wickets but also by executing a spectacular catch and vying for the Best Fielder award. "I didn't have any special preparations. I often reflect on match situations and consider how I would bowl against top batsmen. My main goal is to win and lift the trophy, and I will give my all to achieve that," Hinge stated during an interview on JioHotstar.

Thanks to Hinge's exceptional bowling, Sunrisers Hyderabad halted Rajasthan Royals' four-match winning streak in IPL 2026, securing a convincing 57-run victory in Hyderabad on Monday. Hinge, along with teammate Sakib Hussain, combined for eight wickets, dismantling the core of the Royals' batting lineup as they attempted to chase a target of 217 runs.

Current Standings and Upcoming Match

As it stands, Sunrisers Hyderabad is positioned fourth in the points table with two wins out of five matches. Their next challenge will be against Chennai Super Kings on Saturday at their home ground.
