NRAI Launches National Electronic Scoring Target Course in New Delhi
NRAI Initiates National EST Course
The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) has kicked off the National Electronic Scoring Target (EST) Course in New Delhi. This four-day program, running from August 1 to 4, has gathered 33 selected officials from various regions of the country for specialized training focused on the operation, management, and technical upkeep of electronic scoring systems utilized in contemporary shooting competitions.
Expert Instruction for Future Officials
Conducted by ISSF-certified trainers Dhirajkumar Singh and Arun Wareshi, this course serves as the official qualifying platform for technical officials aiming to progress to the upcoming ISSF EST Course, which will enable them to obtain internationally recognized ISSF EST licenses.
Enhancing Technical Capabilities
Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo, President of NRAI, emphasized the organization's commitment to technical governance. The inaugural session featured Pawankumar Singh, Secretary General of NRAI, who highlighted the increasing demand for qualified technical personnel in modern sports. Building a Strong Technical Workforce
The NRAI National EST Course is a key element of the Association's ongoing initiative to enhance the technical workforce within Indian shooting. The course will wrap up on August 4, following thorough theoretical and practical assessments, after which the top-performing participants will be recommended for the upcoming ISSF EST Course.
