Musheer Khan's Stellar Performance

Musheer Khan, a promising cricketer from Mumbai and sibling of Indian Test batsman Sarfaraz Khan, is making waves in England. Currently touring with the Mumbai Emerging Team, Musheer has been in phenomenal form, scoring centuries in his first three matches. The bowlers in England have struggled to contain his aggressive batting style. In addition to his batting prowess, he has also excelled in bowling. After recovering from a serious neck injury sustained in a car accident last year, Musheer has made a remarkable comeback to red-ball cricket, leaving a significant impact during this tour.

Hat-Trick of Centuries

In his latest match against Loughborough UCCE, Musheer scored 102 runs off 116 balls, featuring 14 boundaries and a six, achieving a strike rate of 87.93. This follows his impressive performance on July 3, where he not only scored a century but also took 10 wickets against the Challengers (Combined National Counties) team. He recorded 125 runs in that match, along with six wickets for 38 runs in the first innings and four wickets for 56 runs in the second, although the match ended in a draw.

Outstanding Start to the Tour

Musheer's tour began on June 30, where he made a significant impact against Nottinghamshire's second XI, scoring 123 runs from 127 balls, including 14 fours. This match also concluded in a draw, with the Mumbai Cricket Association declaring first and scoring 448 runs. Nottinghamshire managed 201 runs, and in their second innings, they lost seven wickets for 250 runs.
