With extensive experience in county cricket, he has been leading Durham's cricket operations since 2018.

In his new role, North will collaborate closely with the management of the England Men's team across all formats. This includes working alongside managing director Rob Key, head coach Brendon McCullum, Test captain Ben Stokes, and white-ball captain Harry Brook.
