Liv Morgan's Surgery Update
WWE superstar Liv Morgan has successfully undergone surgery to address a shoulder dislocation she sustained during a match on Monday Night Raw approximately two weeks ago. Although there was little information shared by WWE or Morgan regarding the surgery, details emerged from the medical facility where the procedure took place.
Kevin Wilk, a physical therapist at Champion Sports Medicine, shared an image on social media showing Liv Morgan with her arm in a sling, confirming earlier speculations about her need for surgery. He also mentioned that he would assist the WWE women's tag team champion with her rehabilitation following the operation performed by Andrews Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama.
"It’s an awesome honor to help @wwe superstar @yaonlylivvonce with her shoulder rehabilitation. She is a fantastic athlete, dedicated and a pleasure to work with! This superstar will return even stronger!" Wilk noted in his Instagram post, providing an encouraging update on Morgan's recovery.

Recently, Dr. Wilk also shared a photo of himself doing a signature pose with Shawn Michaels, the head of NXT creative, indicating he has been assisting the WWE Hall of Famer with rehabilitation as well.
Impact of Injury on Upcoming Matches
Liv Morgan's injury occurred during the June 16 episode of WWE Raw while she was competing against Kairi Sane. This incident disrupted her plans for a match at WWE Evolution 2 on July 13 against Nikki Bella, a WWE Hall of Famer. Prior to the injury, Morgan had confronted Bella, expressing her disappointment that Bella had not recognized her among the top female wrestlers in WWE.
The confrontation culminated in Morgan executing her finisher, the ObLIVion, on Bella. Bella was reportedly present in Green Bay for the June 16 episode of Raw, intending to make an appearance during the match between Sane and Morgan. However, following Morgan's injury, both the segment and the match at Evolution were canceled.
