On Monday, the iconic Argentinian footballer and FIFA World Cup champion Lionel Messi graced the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, creating a memorable experience for fans, especially those from Jalandhar. During his final stop of the "GOAT India Tour" 2025, Messi showcased footballs produced by Jalandhar's Spartan Sports.

Amit Sharma, Managing Director of Spartan Sports Corporation, shared, "We provided 40 premium footballs for the occasion. Messi appreciated our products and kicked around 25-30 balls into the enthusiastic crowd."

Another highlight for Jalandhar was Messi's interaction with young players at the stadium. Among them was Rayen Sharma, a local talent and international player in the under-15 category, representing the Minerva Academy Football Club.

Rayen expressed his excitement, stating, "Playing with Messi felt like a dream come true. Words can't capture the emotions I felt." He wore a special T-shirt featuring Messi's image for the event. Additionally, his mother, Chandni Sharma, and cousin, Hamayra Sharma, had the opportunity to meet the football star, who took photos with the young athletes.
