The Legen-Z T10 League, India's inaugural Tennis Ball Cricket League, is set to kick off on June 25 in Jaipur. Former Indian cricketer Venkatesh Prasad has emphasized the significance and potential this league holds for young players. Prasad further stated, "This initiative is a fantastic chance for young players. I began my cricket journey with tennis ball cricket in the streets, and it was through this that I was discovered by leather ball cricketers. Every evening, I played tennis ball cricket, which laid the foundation for my career."

He expressed optimism that, similar to the IPL, this league will provide ample opportunities for tennis ball cricketers. "I am thrilled to support this initiative alongside my fellow cricketers. I hope this league continues beyond its inaugural year, potentially leading to many players representing the country through this platform."
Star-Studded Lineup in Legen-Z T10 League
The league will showcase India's street cricketers alongside renowned international players. Notable participants include Martin Guptill, Aaron Finch, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, and Herschelle Gibbs, among others.
Key Details About the Legen-Z T10 League
The tournament will consist of six teams, and aspiring cricketers can register by submitting a video along with an entry fee. From the submissions, 5,000 players will be shortlisted to receive a silver ticket. Physical trials will take place in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Indore. Ultimately, 150 players will earn a golden ticket, with 72 of them receiving a diamond ticket to participate in the Legen-Z T10 League auction.
