Yash Dayal Faces Serious Allegations

Yash Dayal, a fast bowler for RCB, is currently embroiled in significant legal issues after a woman from Ghaziabad lodged a complaint against him at the local police station. The woman alleges that Dayal exploited her physically under the false pretense of marriage. An FIR has been filed at the Indirapuram police station, citing BNS Section 69, which pertains to sexual relations based on deceitful promises.

Details of the Allegations

According to the woman, she was involved with Yash Dayal for five years. She escalated her complaint through the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) on June 21, addressing it directly to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In her statement, she accused the cricketer of manipulation and misuse throughout their relationship.

Yash Dayal Responds with Counter-Complaint

In response, Yash Dayal has filed a counter-complaint at the Khuldabad police station in Prayagraj. He has requested that the police initiate an FIR against the woman and two of her relatives. In his complaint, which was reviewed by a media outlet, Dayal claims he first connected with the woman via Instagram in 2021, and they maintained communication since then.

Dayal alleges that the woman stole an iPhone and a laptop from him and frequently requested large sums of money for her and her relatives' medical treatments. He also mentioned that she borrowed money for shopping, promising repayment that never occurred. Yash asserts he possesses evidence supporting these claims.

Upon learning of the FIR filed against him, he decided to take legal action as well. His complaint spans three pages and includes accusations of theft and fraud. Authorities in both cities are currently investigating the matter.
