The 33-year-old triumphed over the fourth seed Okimoto with scores of 22-20, 15-21, and 21-19, completing the match in one hour and twelve minutes on Saturday. This win sets him up for a final showdown against eighth seed Su Li Yang from Chinese Taipei, who defeated India's Rounak Chouhan in the other semifinal with a score of 21-17, 21-19.


Devika Sihag Bows Out

In the women's singles semifinal, Devika Sihag faced a tough challenge and could not maintain her early momentum after winning the first game against Denmark's second seed Line Christophersen. Ultimately, she lost the match with scores of 15-21, 21-11, and 21-15.
