Kerala Blasters FC Announces Departure of Milos Drincic

New Delhi, June 18: Kerala Blasters FC (KBFC) has officially confirmed the exit of Milos Drincic, as reported on the Indian Super League (ISL) platform.


The Montenegrin defender joined the Blasters for the 2023-24 season and was instrumental under coach Ivan Vukomanovic, aiding the team in reaching the playoffs for the third consecutive year.


Having extended his contract with the club until 2024, Drincic has now moved on. He was a consistent starter during the 2024-25 season, participating in 21 out of 24 matches.


Drincic was a crucial player for KBFC, contributing to four clean sheets. He played a significant role in the team's build-up, averaging 45 passes per match with an impressive 86% accuracy.


Throughout the season, he won 94 duels, made 17 tackles, and recorded 79 clearances along with 15 blocks. He also scored once and created three chances, showcasing his impact in the offensive phase.


Punjab FC's Asmir Suljic Completes His Tenure

Punjab FC (PFC) has announced that versatile midfielder Asmir Suljic has departed the club after completing a year with the team.


Suljic was a vital component of the Shers' squad during the 2024-25 season, netting four goals with a goal conversion rate of 23.53% and providing four assists across 23 matches.


He started in 13 games and came off the bench in 10, accumulating over 1,200 minutes of playtime. Suljic created 28 chances and maintained an 81% passing accuracy.


His adaptability in various attacking roles added significant value to the Shers' strategy. Additionally, he completed 23 successful dribbles.


On the defensive end, Suljic contributed stability to PFC, winning 67 duels and making 83 recoveries.
