Jharkhand T20 Cricket League to Launch with SJ Uplift Partnership
Introduction to the New League
The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA), which is part of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has officially announced its collaboration with SJ Uplift to establish the Jharkhand T20 Cricket League. This partnership is set to last for seven years and will commence with the inaugural season that will feature six franchises.
Scope of the Partnership
SJ Uplift will take charge of the Jharkhand Premier League, holding a comprehensive operational and commercial mandate. Their responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of all league seasons, developing the franchise ecosystem, forging strategic commercial partnerships related to sponsorships and media rights, and enhancing the league's brand and intellectual property (IP).
